I would like to share my wonderful experience with La Chocolatière a la gare de Lausanne! The place it’s very cosy, and well decorated with Swiss cuckoo-clocks, the services is top notch, and friendly… As soon as, we walked in we were welcomed by a gentleman who offered to bring us a bowl with water for my dog, he kindly helped me to choose my delicious Swiss chocolates truffles which came in a nice well presented box, and we ordered a delicious cappuccino! Today, I came back to the Chocolatière just to get their ginger candy, which by the way it’s very yummy, and when I offered to pay the gentleman who helped me offered it to me as a treat. I really recommend La Chocolatière their service is outstanding, well presented chocolates, and great atmosphere….

The very nice quiet and delicious chocolate shop. Recommend the hot chocolate ‘chocolat chaud’ and the other assorted chocolate also great !! And the sales person is really good , present personality and happy to help with questions at all the time. Love this place sooo much. Will visit again next time, I’m around

Lovely nice place to have a seat relax waiting for a train . Ice chocolate is very intense I love it. Highly recommend.

Update: I gave their new coffee a shot and it was soooo much better! Their new coffee machine provided the expected creamy texture of an espresso. Thanks for taking comments seriously!! ill be back to try your chocolates :) haven't tried their chocolates but coffee is certainly not their speciality: for 7 chf was expecting more than a watery double espresso... just saying

Andrés was extremely helpful today. He made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and he was able to assist me with some of the language barriers (my French is atrocious at best). Lovely products and a lovely store to make a quick last minute purchase!
